2011: Will serve as a captain for the Black Bears.
2010: Spent the season working his way back from an arm injury... saw action in four games... pitched a season-high 3.1 innings against Albany (5/15)... struck out three batters in the game... also had three strikeouts at UMBC (5/21).
2009: Appeared in four games before seeing his season come to an end after an injury... Finished 1-2 with a 8.28 ERA... pitched 19.1 innings... struck out 17 batters.
2008: Had a great first season for the Black Bears... finished 5-2 on the season with a 3.93 ERA... his five wins were a team-high... started all nine games that he appeared in... struck out 46 batters which was third most on the team... pitched seven or more innings in five of his nine starts... his 55 innings pitched were tied for third on the team... picked up victories in his final three games of the season... pitched seven innings against Wagner (3/29) where he allowed two runs on six hits while striking out a career-high eight batters... pitched five innings against NYIT (4/4) where he did not allow a run on just two hits while fanning six batters. BEFORE MAINE: Played for coach Sal Bando Jr. at High Point... in high school hit over .400 all four years, including his senior season when he hit .420 and his junior year when he hit .412, his sophomore year when he hit .400 and his freshman year when he hit .425... twice named to the All-County, All-Conference and All-Northeast teams... was the Thomas A. Gorman Award winner... ranked 72 out of the top 500 juniors in America... born November 26, 1987... son of Rosemary and Edward Miller... a sociology major.
