The University of Maine athletic communications office facilitates communication between the athletic department and the media and other external constituents while helping to tell the Black Bear student-athlete stories. Athletic Communications Staff

All requests to speak with University of Maine student-athletes, coaches and staff should be directed to the appropriate member of the athletic communications staff. 

For questions regarding media availabilities, interview requests, notes, stats, etc., please contact the sport-specific contact.

Credentials

Media

 Requests for credentials must be made at least 24 hours in advance of each contest and should be made directly to the sport's contact via standard mail, phone or e-mail. Photographers wishing to request credentials must contact the sport contact.

Photography/Videography & Press Regulations

Failure to comply with these regulations will result in immediate revocation of photo access privileges

Any breach or failure to comply with the terms, conditions, rules and/or regulations below may result in the cancellation and withdrawal of the media credential, including but not limited to expulsion from the athletics event for which it was issued, and denial of a media credential for any and all future athletics events.
