ORONO, Maine – The University of Maine softball team is getting set to host the 2024 America East Softball Championship this week, with the tournament running May 8-11 at the UMaine Softball Complex.
The sixth-seeded Black Bears kick off the tournament on Wednesday, May 8 at 12:30 p.m. against third-seed Bryant. The Black Bears went 1-2 against the Bulldogs during the regular season, splitting a Sunday doubleheader and falling in a Monday finale.
