Overview: One of the finest all-purpose facilities in the Northeast, the Harold Alfond Sports Arena has served the University community since 1977. In 1998, more luxury boxes were added, and the arena's capacity now stands at 5,043 for ice hockey. In the fall of 2023, a new high-definition center hung display, additional LED end zone displays, and enlarged north LED ribbon boards were added to the area to showcase the Black Bears' action at a higher quality than ever before. Fans at center ice, in the seating bowl, and in the suite and student section levels can now enjoy more enhanced viewing opportunities, no matter the distance. Amenities at Alfond Arena include 13 skyboxes at the south end of the building, with one reserved for University officials; the Dexter Lounge, a meeting room used for team functions, the UMaine Athletic Ticket Office; and Bear Necessities, the Athletic Department's official retail store for Black Bear apparel and other merchandise. Fan services in the arena include rest rooms under both the east and west grandstands and concession stands located at several locations on the main concourse around the building.

Overview: Morse Field at Alfond Sports Stadium has served as one of the finest football facilities in the Northeast. Morse Field at Alfond Sports Stadium, a facility made possible by the generous donation of Harold Alfond, and Phillip and Susan (Keene) Morse, opened in grand fashion on Sept. 12, 1998. The grandstand provides seating for approximately 6,000 people. While most of the seating is bench style, there are also a number of molded chairback seats available. The molded chairs are mostly blue with some white seats forming a large letter "M". All of the seats provide a clear unobstructed view of the field. The press and luxury box levels of the stadium stands approximately 90 feet off the ground. The top level of the stadium is devoted to the media which includes three radio stations, a television broadcast room and a print media room. The Daktronics scoreboard on the south end of the playing field stands 32-feet, five-inches wide and 18-feet, five-inches tall.

Overview: Formally known as "The Pit" at Memorial Gym was renamed to honor UMaine Sports Hall of Fame player and coach Skip Chappelle on Nov 24, 2024. The 3,100-seat multipurpose arena features the playing court approximately ten feet below the first row of bleacher stands. The Memorial Gym was built in 1993 and honors the more than 40 UMaine alumni and students who died in the Spanish-American War and World War I. The Gym has undergone numerous revisions, inside and out, with the most recent having been completed in 2014.

Overview: The 90,000-square-foot, $9.5 million complex officially opened on March 31, 2023 and features a synthetic turf playing surface, bleacher seating for up to 500 patrons along with chairback seats in the center of the stadium layout located between each brick dugout, an enclosed press box located directly behind home plate with three media towers around the stadium, LED stadium lights, bullpens down each foul line, and a 3,500-square-foot, two-lane batting pavilion.

Overview: The Mahaney Diamond is the home of the Baseball and Women's Soccer programs. Mahaney Diamond features seating along the baselines and behind home plate. Mahaney Diamond features three retired numbers on the left field wall in honor of Mike Bordick, John Winkin and Billy Swift. Mahaney Diamond also features a the Paul J. Mitchell Batting Pavilion was officially dedicated in a ceremony at the University of Maine on August 21, 2012 in front of several hundred people. Construction, which began in May of 2012, was recently completed on the indoor batting facility which will be utilized by the Maine baseball team, softball team and the community.

Overview: Originally opened in 1926, the newly named New Balance Field House underwent a $6 million renovation project. The field house reopened in late January of 2014 for use by the University of Maine track and field team, as well as more than 500 students from 17 high schools in the Penobscot Valley Conference – Eastern Maine Indoor Track League. The project, part of a $15 million program which also included updates to Memorial Gym, was one of UMaine’s major initiatives under Pathway 5, Stewardship of Place: Restoring the Dream, of the Blue Sky Plan. Renovations to the Field House included numerous upgrades. Among the highlights: Newly surfaced track (shortened from 218 meters to 191 meters to meet NCAA requirements) with a fourth running lane and a second long jump/triple jump pit added. Updated mechanical, lighting, life safety and ADA accessibility. New spectator area with bleachers, new press/operations area for event management, permanent throwing circle, with a retractable throwing cage, new sports netting system to enclose the entire infield, and UMaine-branded color scheme on walls, trusses and floor.

Overview: The 70,000-square-foot, $8.3 million complex, which officially opened on Aug. 18, 2023, features a synthetic turf playing surface, bleacher seating for up to 512 patrons along with chairback seats in the center of the stadium layout, an enclosed , three-level press box at midfield with the third-level featuring a covered canopy for film, LED stadium lights, brick dugouts, two new scoreboards, and UMaine branding surrounding the stadium. Spideo cameras are installed in three locations to allow for video replay.

Overview: The complex's balcony seats 550 and includes 650 removable 
deck seats. Complex features a separate 25 feet by 60 feet diving area. Two 1-meter Durafirm diving stands with Maxiflex modified B boards and one 3-meter Durafirm diving stand with Maxiflex model B boards. Port-A-Pit with overhead spotting rig and trampoline with overhead spotting rig. Two pace clocks and digital video equipment. 25 yards by 25 meters with eight seven-foot competitive lanes. Three underwater windows, Gold Metal lane lines and lighting of 100 footcandles at water level. Colorado automatic timing system with scoreboard and a 22x12 foot record board.
