ORONO, Maine – The #6 University of Maine men's ice hockey team will travel to Massachusetts this week for a two-game series against the #13/12 UMass Minutemen on Thursday and Friday at the Mullins Center.
 
The Black Bears and Minutemen are set to face off at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 6 and Friday, Nov. 7. Both conference tilts will stream on ESPN+, with an international stream available via Hockey East/Stretch Internet. Additionally, Friday night's game will air live on NESN. • The teams met three times during the 2024-25 season, with Maine going 1-1-1 ... the Black Bears earned a win in Orono and went 0-1-1 in Amherst.
• Maine won all three meetings in 2023-24, winning 1-0 on the road and 2-1 and 4-3 at home.
