Preview: #7 Maine, #11/13 Boston University set to meet at Alfond Arena

Maine will host BU on Friday, Nov. 15 and Saturday, Nov. 16.

ORONO, Maine – The #7 University of Maine men's ice hockey team will welcome Boston University to Alfond Arena for two Hockey East games on Friday, Nov. 15 and Saturday, Nov. 16.
 
Puck drop between the Black Bears and Terriers is set for 7:00 p.m. on both nights, with both games streaming on ESPN+, with an international stream available via Hockey East/Stretch Internet. The games can also be listened to via 92.9 FM or online at GoBlackBears.com/MIHRadio.

• Maine holds an all-time record of 56-76-14 in the series with Boston University.
• The teams met twice during the 2023-24 regular season, with Maine dropping 3-2 and 5-4 contests at Agganis Arena ... the Terriers then topped the Black Bears, 4-1, in the Hockey East Tournament semifinal.
• Twelve current Black Bears have at least one career point against the Terriers ... Lynden Breen (6-6-11) is Maine's active leading scorer against BU ... Nolan Renwick (3-2-5) and Thomas Freel (2-3-5) each have five points against the Terriers.
