Â
10:10 AM: Brewer Community School
10:20 AM: Fruit Street School
10:20 AM: Down East School
10:30 AM: Abraham Lincoln School
10:30 AM: Mary Snow School
10:40 AM: Orono Elementary School
10:40 AM: Veazie Community School
Â
When all students and teachers are unloaded, a Maine Athletics staff member will meet with the bus driver to provide details on parking locations and answer any questions in regards to parking and pick-up.
Â
Backpacks and Lunch
Students attending Monday's women's basketball game are asked to please leave their backpacks either at school or on the bus. Backpacks will not be permitted inside the arena unless special circumstances require a student to have their backpack. Students are encouraged to bring their own lunches, store them under their seats, and eat them in the stands during the game.
Â
Departure Procedures
Due to the size of our arena, we plan to release schools one at a time for an orderly dismissal. When the game ends, we ask all school members to remain in their seats until they are released to leave by the staff member assigned to their specific school group. If the game goes long and a school needs to leave before the final buzzer, please alert one of our staff members in a pink shirt so that they can help you leave the arena.
Â
Parting Gifts
Maine Athletics will have a small gift bag to present to each student after the game. The gift bags will be arranged by school and packed up for your students. Gift bags will be presented to each individual school following the game on the buses.
