Mia Borley Selected as NFHCA Senior Game Alternate

ORONO, ME - The National Field Hockey Coaches Association announced on Tuesday afternoon that University of Maine goalkeeper, Mia Borley, was selected as an alternate for the 2022 Senior Game.
Borley, a native of Durham, England, has had a great season in net for the Black Bears, being a key piece to the teams 11-4 record and 5-0 record in the America East. Borley has a conference leading .779 save %, a conference high 3 shutouts and a 1.60 goals against average.
Borley will take the spot of a fellow student-athlete who had been selected as a participant but is unable to compete in the Division I Senior Game, if the spot opens up.
The Senior Game is projected for 2:00 p.m. ET on Saturday, November 19, 2022, at the University of Connecticut. For a full list of competing athletes, visit NFHCA.org.
