ORONO, Maine – On senior day, the men's and women's swim and dive teams both came away with victories over Holy Cross.

On the women's side, they finished with a total of 27 top-three finishes, leading the way to a 178-122 victory. Out of those 27 top-three finishes, 11 of them were first place finishes.
Kayla Loughman,
Sarah Mansfield and
Rita Chen all had a single first place, while
Caroline Strolic,
Sabrina Nuttall,
Ines Khiyara Valentina Rengifo had two first places for swim.
PhilAnn Dixon also finished with two first place finishes for diving.
Emma Blair led all of Maine's participants with four first place finishes at meet.

On the men's side, they finished with a total of 28 top-three finishes, leading the way to a 174.5-95.5 victory. Out of the 28 top-three finishes, 12 of them were first place finishes.
Hayden Kasavicha,
Cameron Kubik and
Kazu Temple all had a single first place, while
Kevin Kane and
Thomas LaFrance both had two first places for swim.
Riley Clark picked up two first places in diving as well.
Andy Sprague and
Liam Blair both paced the men to their victory, each picking up three first places finishes at the meet.

Following their first wins of the season, both men's and women's swim will have a week off, then return to action on Friday, Nov. 22-24, as they will compete at the Rhode Island Invitational in Kingston, Rhode Island.
