Maine Athletics partners with WVII ABC 7, WFVX FOX 22 for four game Football TV schedule

Orono, Maine – University of Maine Athletics and its multimedia rights partner, Van Wagner, has announced that it will televise four of Maine's home football games on local television. These select games will air live on WVII ABC 7 and WFVX FOX 22 Bangor.
The first broadcast of the season will take place on Oct. 3 live on WVII-ABC 7 at 3:30 p.m when the Black Bears play host to Sacred Heart. Maine and Bryant will square off on Oct. 17 live on WVII-ABC 7 at 1 p.m. before the Black Bears welcome Campbell to Orono on Homecoming Weekend, airing live on WFVX-FOX 22. The regular season television schedule concludes when Maine takes on rival New Hampshire live on WFVX-FOX 22 at 1 p.m.
Jim Churchill and ABC 7's Jack Webb, the reigning Maine Sportscaster of the Year, will have the call of the four televised Black Bears football games throughout the fall.
