Orono, ME - The men's and women's track and field team announce the outdoor portion of the schedule on Friday, March 8.

The outdoor season begins with Maine taking a small contingent to the Raleigh Relays in North Carolina on March 28 and 29 before the team opens up with the UConn Dog Fight on March 30.

The following weekend, the Black Bears compete at UNH on Friday, April 6. 

On April 12, Maine competes in two different places - Connecticut for the UConn Northeast Challenge and Rhode Island for the Providence Friars Invitational. The UConn Northeast Challenge runs through April 13. 

College of the Holy Cross will welcome Maine for a meet on April 20.

Saturday, April 27 Maine will return to face UNH.

Track and Field will travel to Baltimore, Maryland for the America East Outdoor Championships which will take place on May 4 and 5. The Black Bears will then compete at the New England's event or Yale on May 10 and 11. 

Lastly, the student-athletes who qualify will compete in the NCAA Regional Championships in Lexington, Kentucky which are set for May 23-25.
