WATERVILLE, Maine -- The University of Maine women's swimming & diving team placed second at the Maine State Meet, hosted by Colby College, with a final score of 995.

Kennady Hart led Maine on day two, winning the 100 back (59.94) and placing second in the 200 back (2:05.20).

Haylie Calver won the 1-meter dive (276.05) and placed second on the 3-meter board at 265.50.

Ainslie Boswell added third place finishes in the 100 breaststroke (1:06.02) and the 200 breaststroke (2:23.37).

Eva Welsh was the runner-up in the 200 breaststroke at 2:22.55 and placed third in the 100 IM (1:00.51). Charlotte Hoover placed second in the 100 IM at 58.86.

Maine's 400-yard freestyle relay team of Hannah Deighan, Carmen Braden, Mia Poirier, and Hart won the event at 3:27.71.

Hoover, Welsh, Hart, and Hannah Deighan took second in the 200-yard medley relay at 1:46.53.
