Kingston, RI - The University of Maine men's swim team competed in the fourth and final day of the University of Rhode Island Invite on Sunday Nov 24.

Maine finished the four day event in fourth place with a total of 627 points.

In the 200 Yard Backstroke, Matthew Bendoaitis finished in sixth place with a time of 1:53.12. Connor Peaden finished in fourth place in his heat with a final time of 1:56.79.

Finn Devers finished first in his heat in the 100 Yard Freestyle with a time of 46.56. Julian Lapietra finished 5th in his heat with a time of 46.25.

Nate Teerlinck finished second in his heat with a time of 2:12.16 in the 200 Yard Breaststroke.

Maine will compete in the Maine State Meet hosted by Colby College on Dec 6 and Dec 7 as the final meet of the 2024 calendar year.
