Women’s Swim Compete in Day Two of America East Championships

Worcester, MA - The University of Maine women's swim and dive team earned 125 points after day two of the America East Championships, placing sixth. 

In the 200 free relay Maine placed sixth with Kayla Loughman, Hannah Deighan, Liz Stoelzel and Cam Hargraves ending with a time of 1:37.46.

The Black Bears had strong showings in the 200 IM. Kayla Loughman placed eighth (2:08.48) and Laura Dube earned sixteenth (2:08.80). 

In the 50 free, Hannah Deighan placed thirteenth with a time of 24.39.

Rebecca Thompson touched the wall at 5:07.61 in the 500 free to place fifteenth.
