ORONO, Maine -- The University of Maine women's soccer team defeated the UAlbany Great Danes, 1-0, on Sunday afternoon at Mahaney Diamond.

First Goal (1-0 Black Bears): Kayla Kraemer scored the only goal of the first half first.
Tegan Morrison set up the Maine scoring opportunity. Kraemer crashed the front of the goal as Morrison was lofting a pass across the box. The junior forward took advantage and gave her squad 1-0 lead at the half.

The second half was played to a 0-0 tie. Maine's second league victory comes off the foot of
Tegan Morrison and
Kayla Kraemer.

Maine recorded 11 total shots on goal to the Great Danes one, while UAlbany tallied one corner kick to the Black Bears' seven.

Kira Kutzinski walked away with one save.
