2016: Played in all eleven games; sixth on team with a career-high 40 tackles; notched a half sack against Bryant (10/1); added a half sack against Villanova.

2015: Played in nine games; notched five tackles; had a pair of stops at Tulane; made single tackles at Richmond, at Villanova and against Towson.

2014: Redshirt; Maine Scholar-Athlete Rising Star.

BEFORE MAINE/PERSONAL: Named first team all-conference; all Union County and All-State group 5; two-year starter at Union high school; led his team to the North 2 Group 5 State title game; born July 12, 1996; son of Ifeoma and Emmanuel Egwuonwu; also competed in track & field; a construction engineering technology major.
