Orono, Maine - The University of Maine football program is on sale with their season tickets for the 2026 season.

The Black Bears, who are coming off of a 6-6 season in 2025 and a 5-3 record in the CAA, will begin the 2026 season on Thursday, Aug. 27 at Towson.

Maine will be at home for the first time on the season on Saturday, Sept. 12 against Merrimack. Kickoff will be at 5 PM and will be a part of the Orono Festival held by the town, along with being Cub Club Day, presented by Bangor Savings Bank.

Maine's second home game comes on Saturday, Oct. 3, which kicks off a stretch of three-straight home games for the Black Bears in October. The game against Sacred Heart on the 3rd, with kickoff at 3:30 PM, will be Family & Friends weekend at UMaine, along with Military Appreciation Day, presented General Dynamics Bath Iron Works.

Following a bye on October 10, the Black Bears will host Bryant on Saturday, Oct. 17. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 PM.

On Oct. 24 it will be Homecoming as the Black Bears host Campbell at 1 PM. More details on everything happening around homecoming weekend will be announced at a later date.

Maine wraps up the regular season on Saturday, Nov. 21 as they host the UNH Wildcats in the Buffalo Wild Wings Border Battle for the Brice-Cowell Musket. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 PM.
