Orono, Maine -- The University of Maine football program is set to hold the 20th Annual Jeff Cole Memorial Spring Game on Saturday, April 25th from 10 AM - 12 PM.
All fans are invited to attend to get their first look at the 2026 Black Bears, who are a mix of key players from a season ago and some new faces looking to make their mark in Black Bear Nation. On the offensive side of the ball, Maine returns a majority of their offensive line, led by All-Conference player
Anthony Iliano, along with
Jack Boutaugh,
Andrew Kocan and
Noah Stanley. Also returning for the Black Bears is freshmen All-American running back,
Rashawn Marshall.
On the defensive side of the ball,
Chris Bacon (35 tackles),
Jamaree Gibson (34 tackles - 5 pass breakups),
Noah Carpenter (32 tackles) and Ta'Kai Chisholm (30 tackles) are among the top impact players from a season ago who will be tasked with leading the new core of their side of the ball.
Due to construction to the new Morse Arena, fans are advised to park in the Satellite Parking Lot and enter the stadium on the north end zone side of the field.
