A USFHA Futures regional championship selector for five years, she earned U.S. Field Hockey Level II accreditation in 2011.

For five years, Veinotte served as the owner and director of the Black Bear Elite Field Hockey Club in the Bangor area where she developed and mentored the U10, U12, U14, U16, and U18 level. She is also the owner and director of the Next Level Field Hockey for Maine program, focusing on field hockey development opportunities for State of Maine players through camps, clinics, and training opportunities.

Veinotte was named to the 2026 Over 35 Women's Field Hockey team for Team USA for the 2026 World Masters Hockey World Cup that will take place over the Summer of 2026 in the Netherlands and in Belgium.

Veinotte was a four-year letterwinner for the Black Bears from 2007 through 2010. She played in 70 games with 62 starts, seeing action at forward and midfield from 2007 through 2009 and at the central back position as a senior captain in 2010. Veinotte tallied 16 goals and eight assists for 40 points during her career and was an America East All-Rookie Team selection in 2007, and earned America East Honor Roll, America East Commissioner's Honor Roll and National Field Hockey Coaches Association National Academic Squad honors as well.
