ORONO, Maine - The University of Maine field hockey program captured an overtime victory against Quinnipiac University, 2-1 at the Maine Field Hockey Complex Friday afternoon.

Quinnipiac's Lucia Donati scored in the '26 minute to give Quinnipiac a 1-0 lead in the 2nd quarter.

Maine would respond less than two minutes later as Brynn Dzengelewski would put one in the back of the net off an assist from Floor Dijkhuizen.

The game would remain knotted up at one for the remainder of regulation and the game would enter overtime.

Maine's Saylor Kuefler would put the game away with the game winning goal three and a half minutes into the overtime period.
