ORONO, Maine - The University of Maine women's ice hockey team will round out their first semester with a pair of road games at the University of New Hampshire. The Buffalo Wild Wings Border Battle series is set for Dec 5/6 at the Whittemore Center in Durham, NH. Game times are set for 6:00 PM on Friday and 2:00 PM on Saturday.
BLACK BEARS' LAST TIME OUT:
- Maine split with Harvard this past weekend after winning 4-3 in OT on Friday and the falling 5-1 on Saturday.
- 11 different players notched a point over the weekend with nine notching a point in Friday's win.
- Raegan Wurm led the team with a 2-point weekend (1g,1a), while Dani Brunette, Stephanie Jacob, Lulu Rucinski, Mackenzie Podewell, Paige Fong, Lily Fetch, Brenna Curl, Gracie Hanson, Jaidyn Britt and Lila Shea each had one point.
- Goaltender Kiia Lahtinen made 22 saves in Friday's win and Julia Bachetti made 23 saves in Saturday's loss.

- The team has had the 8th hardest schedule of 45 teams so far this season.
- Kiia Lahtinen is third the nation in minutes played with 969:57, 7th in the nation in saves with 484, and holds a .924 save %.

THE MAINE MENACES:
- Lily Fetch and Isabelle Michaud lead the team with four goals each. Michaud leads the team in points with eight.
- Rookie defenders Paige Fong and Lulu Rucinski lead the team in assists with five each.
- Goaltender Kiia Lahtinen has started 16 of 17 games for the Black Bears. In conference-play she is fifth with a .932 sv % and fourth with a 1.85 GAA.
PREVIOUS GAMES WITH UNH:
- Maine fell to UNH 5-1 in the preseason exhibition game back in September.
- Last season, Maine swept the Wildcats, winning all three games.
