ORONO, Maine – During the 2025-26 University of Maine men's ice hockey season, the University of Maine will implement various road closures, parking lot closures and traffic pattern changes throughout campus for every home game.
Additionally, a new shuttle service provided by Cyr Bus Line will be available to fans throughout the season.
Details on current parking options and shuttle operations are outlined below.
UMaine Police will be present every game to assist with traffic flow procedures. If necessary, UMaine Athletics will share updates ahead of time so fans can easily plan their trip and enjoy a smooth gameday experience.
PARKING

VIP and ADA parking is available via Branch Road.

All other parking (including for Gold members, season ticket holders and single-game purchasers) is available via Sebec, Munson, and Rangeley Road entrances.

Long Road will close two hours before puck drop for pedestrian safety.

All other blue and black signed lots are open to the public.
SHUTTLE SERVICE
New this year, a free shuttle bus provided by Cyr Bus Line will also be available to fans attending Maine men's ice hockey games. Fans may park in the Collins Center or Belgrade lots on the east side of campus and ride the shuttle to Alfond Arena.
Shuttle service will begin two hours prior to puck drop, with return trips available at the completion of games. The designated pickup/drop-off locations are the front of CCA Lot and the front of Alfond Arena. The shuttle will not make stops to other areas on campus.
