Look at the Black Bears:

• Concluded the regular season with a 3-3 Conference Record and a 10-8 overall record.
• Earned the #3 spot in the America East Tournament as they shutout #2 UNH in the regular season finale in Orono. Maine went 8-1 at home in the regular season.
• Jayde Temby was named the America East Defensive Player of the Week as she recorded her first solo shutout of the season, a five-save shutout against UNH in Maine's regular season finale. Maine produced five shutouts on the season, their most since the 2018 season.
• Maine has 11 different players who have found the back of the net, which 10 of the 11 have scored at least two goals on the season. Olivia Geniti leads the Black Bears in goals with eight, which is tied for the eighth-most in the America East, and is tied for the team-lead with 20 points, which is tied for the ninth most in the America East.
• Poppy Lambert tied the program record for career goals back on Friday, Oct. 18 at Bryant as she scored her 57th career goal on a penalty stroke. For the season, Lambert has the 10th-most goals in the America East with seven and she has ninth-most points as she is tied with Geniti with 20 points. She also is in the top-10 in the America East in assists with six.
• Maine outshot their opponents 265-201 on the season (14.7-11.2 per game) while outscoring their opponents 41-32 (2.28-1.78 goals per game).
• Maine has generated 53 more penalty corners than allowed (145-92) on the season. The Black Bears are 11th in the NCAA in penalty corners taken per game as they are attempting 8.06 per contest.
• Josette Babineau won her 200th career game on Saturday, Sept. 21, making her one of only 50 active head coaches in the NCAA (all Divisions) with at least 200 career victories.

Preview of UC Davis:

• Finished the regular season with a 4-12 record, 1-5 in conference play.
• They defeated Bryant in the final weekend of the season to clinch their first America East Tournament spot since the 2018 season.
• Liselotte Koop led all Aggies in the regular season with 28 points, 11 goals and six assists, all of which are Top-10 in the America East.

Black Bears vs UC Davis:

• Maine is 7-0 against UC Davis, including a 3-1 victory back on Oct. 6.
• Poppy Lambert scored a pair of goals in the contest while Kate Richardson tallied the third Black Bear score.
• Ella Franken scored the lone goal for UC Davis.
• Maine outshot UC Davis 19-4 and generated eight more corners, winning the battle 10-2.

What's at Stake:

• The winner of the America East Quarterfinal Game will advance to take on #2 New Hampshire in the opening game of the Semifinals on Friday, Nov. 8 at 11 AM. #1 UAlbany is the host school for the entirety of the tournament.
