Notes on the Black Bears:

• The Black Bears outplayed and outshot #12 UConn, but came out 0-2 on the weekend. Scores were 0-1 and 1-3.
• Maine's lone goal on the weekend came from Ann-Frederique Guay, with assists earned by Ava Stevenson and Adriana van de Leest. Guay is now tied with Ida Kuoppala as they lead the Black Bears in goals scored with 10 apiece.
• Jorden Mattison saw both games between the pipes, making 12 saves Friday and 26 on Saturday.
