Orono, Maine -- Mackenzie Wilson placed eighth in the senior division of the hammer throw at the Bell Canadian Track & Field Championships hosted at McLeod Athletic Park in Langley, British Columbia on Saturday, June 25.

Wilson's throw of 55.87m was good to qualify her for the finals and earn an eighth place showing at the event.
