ORONO, Maine - The University of Maine softball team will conclude the regular season against the University at Albany this weekend. First pitch for the America East series is set for Friday, May 7 at 3:00 pm.

ABOUT MAINE
The Black Bears were swept by UMBC this past weekend. Maine is now 7-8 in America East play and sits at fifth in the conference standings.
Keely Clark paces the Maine offense in the box. Her .373 average and 25 hits are team highs.
Jasmine Gray has tallied a .310 average with 22 total hits and two home runs.
Kya Enos has 23 hits on the season, while also stealing 10 bags.
Kelby Drews leads the team in home runs with seven on the year.

The Great Danes have started the 2021 season 19-17 (9-6 America East), after sweeping a weekend series with Stony Brook.

Caitlyn Mitros paces the UAlbany offense with 33 hits and eight stolen bases on the 2021 season. Kelly Barkevich and Morgan Petty have smashed 15 combined home runs, while Madison Petrella and Katie Falotico have hit 14 total home runs. Maranda Jimenez is coming into the weekend with five home runs and 15 RBI.
