James Olivier led a field of four Maine runners at the 2021 Ocean State Invitational, hosted by Providence College. Olivier was Maine's top placer at the event, taking runner-up honors in the 800m with a time of 1:51.95.
Samuel Mills placed third in the men's 5000m event, crossing the line at 14:28.04. Mills was followed closely by
Luke Marsanskis who took fifth in the event with a final time of 14:35.86.
Ethan Orach rounded out the men's competition with a 23rd place finish in the mile at 4:22.10.
Tegan Morrison was the lone women's competitor for Maine as she took ninth in the women's 800m event with a time of 2:21.84.
