ORONO, Maine -- The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) has selected the University of Maine men's and women's swimming and diving teams for Scholar All-American honors, as announced by the league on June 30, 2020.The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) has selected the University of Maine men's and women's swimming and diving teams for Scholar All-American honors, as announced by the league on June 30, 2020.

Maine was one of 461 schools to receive the award for the spring semester. Teams were selected on the basis of their spring semester grade point averages and represent 17,982 student-athletes. The Maine men's swimming team achieved a 3.44 GPA for the spring term while the women earned an impressive 3.74 mark.
