About the Huskies
• Northeastern swept last weekend's home-and-home series with the University of New Hampshire, winning at UNH 3-0 before taking a 5-3 victory at home.
• The Huskies are undefeated in conference play, defeating Boston University, UNH, Providence, Holy Cross and Vermont this year.
• Northeastern comes to Maine on a nine game winning streak, with eight consecutive Hockey East wins.
• Chloe Aurard was named this week's Women's Hockey East Player of the Week, with a six point (1 G, 5 A) series against UNH last weekend.
• Alina Mueller also had a five point weekend against New Hampshire. She had the game-winning short handed goal on Friday, continuing her point streak to 11 games this season. Aurard leads all first year players with 18 points (7 G, 11 A) in 12 games.

• Friday's meeting between Maine and Northeastern is the 62nd all-time meeting between the two Hockey East competitors, with Northeastern holding the series lead at 35-20-6.
• These two have already played once this season at Northeastern, with Maine falling 3-0. Both teams had 25 shots on goal, with the Huskie's power play going 1-for-3.
• Maine took the season series last year with a 2-1-0 record.
• The squads first met on Jan. 23, 1999 in Boston, with the Huskies taking a 6-1 win.
