BOSTON – In a battle of top-ten teams, Northeastern's defensive pressure was too much for Maine's offense to handle. The No. 10 Black Bears fell to the No. 9/8 Huskies 3-0 at Matthews Arena Friday evening.
Â
Huskies goaltender Aerin Frankel, Hockey East Defensive Player of the Week on Oct. 8, handled the Black Bear's barrage.
