Men’s Hockey Season Comes to an End at Vermont

Rob Michel Nets 9th goal of the Season in loss

The first period saw Brendan Bradley light the lamp for the Catamounts first on an assist from Liam Coughlin. Rob Hamilton would then net the eventual game winner at 17:52.

The second period saw Rob Michel net a powerplay goal on assists from Blaine Byron and Cam Brown. Vermont would then regain their two goal lead as Mario Puskarich would net another powerplay goal. Craig Puffer would then extend the lead to 4-1 on assists from Brady Shaw and Jarrid Privitera.

The third period saw Maine fight and claw but were unable to solve Vermont goaltender Stefanos Lekkas. Matt Alvaro would net an empty net goal to end the game as Maine fell 5-1.
