SENIOR (2016-17): Will serve as a Captain for the Black Bears
JUNIOR (2015-16): Served as an assistant captain for the Black Bears. Played in all 38 games for Maine...Had eight goals and 12 assists for 20 points...Was third on the team in points scored, second in assists, fourth in goals and third in shots (87)...Had three multi-point games, two points (two assists) versus UMass (10/30), two points (two assists) versus Princeton (11/28) and two points (one goal and one assist) versus Boston University (1/22)...Maine Scholar Athlete Award *Silver Medal*.
SOPHOMORE (2014-15): Played in 39 games ... Tied for second on the team in scoring with seven goals and 21 assists for 28 points... Scored a pair of goals in Maine's game against Union (10/18)... Had a goal the following game against Alaska Anchorage (10/24)... Had a goal and an assist in games at Vermont (11/7) and New Hampshire (1/24)... Had a pair of power play goals and a short-handed tally... Named a Maine Scholar-Athlete Award winner... Named to the Hockey East All-Academic Team.
FRESHMAN (2013–14): Played in all 35 games his rookie season, the lone freshman to do so... Earned the Howard Neville Rookie of the Year Award... Led all first-year players in scoring with four goals and 15 assists for 19 points... His 15 assists ranked third most on the team... Had a goal and three assists for a career-high four points in Maine’s 8-4 win over UMass (10/26)... Had a goal in Maine’s 4-2 win over UMass Lowell (12/8)... Also had goals against Princeton (12/28) and at Notre Dame (2/8)... Named a Maine Scholar-Athlete *Rising Star*... Named to the Hockey East All-Academic Team.
BEFORE MAINE: Played for the Youngstown Phantoms, after spending the first part of the season with the Sioux City Musketeers... Played in 61 games on the season scoring 16 goals and adding 20 assists for 36 points... Had four power play goals to go along with four game-winners.... Captain for the New Hampshire Junior Monarchs during the 2011–12 season where he scored 16 goals and added 35 assists for 51 points, leading the team to back-to-back Eastern Junior Hockey League championships.
PERSONAL: Born March 25, 1993... A business management major... Son of Timothy and Sandy Brown... Has an older sister, Casey, an older brother, Timothy and a younger sister, Taylor.... Sister, Casey, was an NSCAA All-American soccer player at BU and is currently head coach of Holy Cross Women's soccer.
