ORONO, Maine -- Maine field hockey's Casey Crowley has been named America East player of the week. This is the third week in a row that Maine has received a player of the week award (previously Libby Riedl and Madison Cummings). Crowley scored a total of seven points last week in two games that resulted in a 1-1 record. In Maine's victory over UC Davis 6-0, Crowley scored a hat trick and added an assist.

This week Maine faces off against Bryant University on Friday September 16 at the Maine Field Hockey Complex at 4:00 p.m. On Sunday September 18, Maine hosts nationally ranked #3 North Carolina at 11:00 a.m.
