SOPHOMORE (2017-18): Appeared in 37 games for UMaine… totalled 27 points with seven goals and 20 assists… netting a game winning goal at Massachusetts (1/27)... Scored a season high three points against UMass Lowell (11/04) and Brown (1/08)... Registered two goals at Brown (1/08) and Massachusetts (1/27)... led the league in face-off wins during the regular season at 410, tied for sixth in the country… Named to the end of year America East All-Star Honorable Mention team and All-Academic team.
FRESHMAN (2016-17): Netted 22 points on 14 goals and eight assists as a freshman, good for fourth overall on the team and tops amongst rookies...one of four players to skate in all 36 games...earned his first career goal, assist and multi-point game (1-1-2) in the season-opening win over RPI (10/7) and...earned his first career hat-trick against American International (12/10) in the midst of a three-game point-streak (6-1-7)...finished second on the team with five power-play goals...led the team with 371 face-off wins and was third overall with 82 shots on goal.
BEFORE MAINE: Drafted by the Detroit Red Wings in the fifth round, 140th overall of the 2015 NHL Draft. Played for the Youngstown Phantoms last season.
PERSONAL: Father played professional hockey from 1988-2007, playing for the Maple Leafs, Quebec Nordiques, Oilers, Sabres and Islanders...member of Male Athletes Against Violence.
