2010: Saw action in three games our of the bullpen... finished with a 4.91 ERA... struck out a pair of batter in Maine’s win over Thomas ((4/7)... pitched  a season-high 1.2 innings at UMBC (5/22)... named a Maine Scholar-Athlete Award winner. .. named to the America East academic honor roll.

BEFORE MAINE: Played baseball for Coaches Matt Rehbit and Rob Helm at Bethlehem Central High School... saw time as both a pitcher and middle infielder... team made the 2008 sectional semifinal...  also ran Cross-country in high school... born April 1, 1990... son of Peter and Joy deVries... majoring in biological engineering.
