For any and all high school, junior college or transfer aged athletes looking to gain exposure to the University of Maine baseball program.

This is a great opportunity to come see campus and play at Mahaney Diamond in front of our staff. The camp includes a pro-style workout, game, and campus tour.

Sample Schedule:

9:45 am- Coach Meet
10 am- Stretch and throw
10:30- 60-yard dash
11 am- Pro-style workout
11:30 am- Game
5 pm- Tour

High School & Middle School Pitching Development Clinic 

Hosted by Assistant Coaches Trevor Delaite and Noah Lewis 

Location: Hitting Pavilion at Mahaney Diamond 

Duration: 6 sessions every Monday starting 1/12, along with Wednesday sessions starting 1/14 (Capped at 10 players per session)

Time: 7-8 pm

Price: $300 for the full 6-session period 

Ages: Middle School/ High School age players 

 Led by Assistant Coaches Trevor Delaite and Noah Lewis, this camp is designed to elevate middle and high school athletes by focusing on proper mechanics, arm care, and velocity development. Through hands-on instruction, we’re committed to helping each athlete build a strong foundation, unlock their potential, and prepare to compete at the next level.

Team Camps

Price $1650
Location – Mahaney Diamond

Two 7 inning games - Guaranteed on Mahaney Diamond.
Multiple D1, D2 and D3 coaches will be in attendance to watch and evaluate your teams.
Defensive evaluation and 60s taken before your first game.
Pitching velocities and 60s available after camp.
The Schedule will be released two weeks prior or when capacity is hit, whichever comes first

Day Camp

Price $280 (June 22-26) - Ages 6-12

9 am-4:30 pm (Early drop off/ late pick up available upon sign up)

Early drop-off/ late pick-up hours are 8 am-5 pm (an extra $20 per day)

At our Baseball Camp, kids enjoy non-stop action, build friendships, and develop essential baseball skills in a positive, high-energy environment. Whether your child is new to the game or looking to level up, our camp offers the perfect mix of learning, teamwork, and unforgettable summer fun!

Please bring:

  • Uniform/playing gear. Long pants preferred (sweatpants, baseball pants)

  • Glove, helmet, bat, baseball shoes (no metal cleats)

  • Lunch, Sunscreen, water bottle

  • Cell phone

Overnight Camp

Price $650 overnight camper $500 commuter (July 26-30) - Ages 8-14

Overnight campers will stay in the dorms under the supervision of our staff. We will be eating at the dining hall for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

At our Baseball Camp, kids enjoy non-stop action, build friendships, and develop essential baseball skills in a positive, high-energy environment. Whether your child is new to the game or looking to level up, our camp offers the perfect mix of learning, teamwork, and unforgettable summer fun!

Little League Winter Workout Series

Hosted by the University of Maine Baseball Program

Location: UMaine Dome and Baseball hitting pavilion 

Ages: 7–12

Price: $200

Led by: College Coaching Staff + Current Division 1 Players

SESSION BREAKDOWN EXAMPLE 

SESSION 1: FOUNDATIONS & THROWING

Focus: Having a catch routine, throwing mechanics, and infield fundamentals
Location Split:

  • Dome: Full warm-up circuit and throwing routine

  • Fielding stations: ground ball mechanics, footwork, ladders

  • Cage: Basic hitting (tee & soft toss)

Sample Infield Drills

  • 4-corner throwing progression

  • Glove-side footwork station

  • "Quick hands" reaction cone drill

Little League Dome Spring Training Games

Hosted by the University of Maine Baseball Program

Location: UMaine Dome (Orono, ME)
When: Saturdays | 5:00 – 9:00 PM (two-hour slot per team)
Ages: 8–12 (Little League)
$1000 per team for all four sessions.

Full live-pitch baseball games inside the UMaine Dome — with real-time coaching and instruction from current UMaine players.

Each team will:

  • Play a 9v9 full-field scrimmage

  • Get on-field instruction between innings

  • Receive tips on base running, defense, and game awareness

  • Rotate players to learn multiple positions

DO I NEED MONEY?

Yes. One of the days at camp we will go to the Bear Necessities store so the campers can buy apparel. Overnight campers can also order food from surrounding dining establishments on certain nights if they choose.

CAN I WATCH MY KIDS PLAY GAMES?

Yes. Parents are welcome to come watch their children play. Our games start at 6pm and go until about 8pm. The games are held at UMaine Baseball Complex.

IF MY CHILD IS AN OVERNIGHT CAMPER CAN I TAKE THEM OFF CAMPUS?

This is something that needs to be cleared by a staff member.

CAN I REQUEST A ROOMMATE FOR MY CHILD?

Yes. You can request a roommate when you register for camp.

CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP MY CHILD?

Someone else may pick up your child but a note will have to be given to a staff member prior to pick up.

IF A CAMPER IS LEGALLY ABLE TO DRIVE, WHERE CAN THEY PARK?

Campers who will be transporting themselves to and from camp are required to complete and return a Motor Vehicle Parking form. You will receive a parking permit at check-in.

All camps are open to any and all entrants. Limited only by age, number, grade level and/or gender.
