Orono, Maine -- The University of Maine women's track and field program closed out the spring with the UMaine Last Chance Meet at the New Balance Outdoor Track and Field Complex on Saturday May 16. The Black Bears finished with 285 points.

The Black Bears finished with 12 first place finishes at the meet including first place finishes from Bayleigh Shanahan, Addison Nelson, Meredith Walters, Veselja Treacy, Evelyn Wool, Lauren Hamilton, Athena Cusson, Saphryn Humason, Sabine Sites, and Julia Bassi.
