ORONO, Maine - The University of Maine swimming and diving program released its 2025-26 schedule on Thursday afternoon.

Both teams will open up the season on the road in Fredericton, New Brunswick on Oct. 4 and 5 as they face the University of New Brunswick.

The Black Bears will compete in their first home meet of the season as they host Maine Maritime Academy on Oct. 18.

The women's swimming and diving team will host the University of Vermont on Nov. 1.

Nov. 20-23, Maine will be back on the road as they compete in the Harold Anderson Invitational hosted by the University of Rhode Island.

Maine will end the 2025 calendar year at the Maine State Meet in Waterville on Dec. 5 and 6.

Jan. 17 will start out the 2026 calendar year with both programs hosting Bowdoin College.

The women's program will once again hold a stand alone meet on Jan. 23 as they host the University of New Hampshire.

The Black Bears will wrap up the regular season at Wallace Pool on Jan. 24 as they host Providence College.

The America East Championships will once again be held by the Virginia Military Institute, taking place from Feb. 18 through Feb. 21.
