Football Pre-Season Camp Begins Friday

Meet the Bears Event is set for August 17
Orono, Maine -- The University of Maine football program has announced their pre-season camp schedule, which has their scrimmages set for Aug. 9 and Aug. 14 at Morse Field at Harold Alfond Stadium.
Pre-season camp opens up on Friday, Aug. 1 with the first Black Bear scrimmage being set for Saturday Aug. 9 from 7-9 PM and the second scrimmage is set for Aug. 14 from 4-6 PM.
Maine has also set their date for the annual Meet the Bears event at Morse Field, which is set for Sunday, Aug. 17 from 3-5:30 PM, presented by Maine Dairy. Fans will get to meet all their favorite Black Bears at the free to attend event!
