Orono, Maine – The CAA Conference announced on Tuesday afternoon the All-Conference Teams, which had Ten Black Bears featured across the three teams and honorable mention list.

Christian Thomas leads the way for the Black Bears as he earned a spot on the All-Conference First Team as he led the team with 120 tackles, the 11
th most by a Black Bear in a single season in program history and the second-most in all of the CAA. He also led the team with 12 tackles for loss, resulting in 60 yards lost, along with ranking second on the team in sacks with five. He forced a fumble, recovered a fumble and had three pass breakups on the season.

Scott Woods earned two spots on the All-Conference Team as he was named to the Second Team as a punt returned and the Third Team as a wide receiver. In the punt return game, Woods averaged 24.9 yards per punt return as he returned 11 punts for 274 yards. His biggest of the season came against Elon when he had an 85-yard return, the first punt return touchdown by a Black Bears since 2017. As a wide receiver, Woods led the Black Bears in every category as he had 55 catches for 653 yards and five touchdowns.

Devin Vaught earns his spot on the All-Conference Second Team as he was second in the CAA in total interceptions with three, was tied for the team lead on the Black Bears in pass breakups with five, second on the Black Bears in tackles with 60 and had a defensive touchdown on the season, a 76-yard pick-six at Georgia Southern. Vaught had interceptions in back-to-back games at Merrimack and against Elon during the season.

Anthony Iliano was named to the All-Conference Second Team as he served as the left guard and right tackle throughout the season for a Black Bears offensive line that allowed only 18 sacks (1.5 per game) during the regular season. Maine rattled off three consecutive games without allowing a sack from Oct. 11 through Nov. 1 and only allowed six sacks in the months of October and November combined.

Sincere Baines made his appearance on the All-Conference Third Team as he had 709 rushing yards, 45 receiving yards and four total touchdowns on the season. He concluded the season averaging 5.8 yards per carry, which was the second-highest mark in the CAA and was ranked 25
th in all of the FCS. He had two games of 100 yards or more, one of which was against FCS opponent Liberty.

Elias Sherman rounds out the All-Conference members as he earned a spot on the Third-Team as he led the Black Bears with 5.5 sacks on the season, the 12
th-most in the CAA. He had 10 tackles for loss, the second-most on the team (for a loss of 30 yards) and 48 tackles on the season, the fourth-most on the team.

Four Black Bears earned an Honorable Mention in the CAA honors, those being:
Carter Peevy - 2,238 Passing Yards, 17 TDs, nine Rushing TDs
Trevin Ewing (Kick Returner) - 513 yards, 24.4 return average
Vincent Nwachi - 37 Tackles, one interception, one forced fumble, five pass breakups
Jamaree Gibson - 34 tackles, one fumble recovery, five pass breakups
