Maine will wrap up the Rams Invitational on Monday with an 11 a.m. game against Idaho State.
The Black Bears fell to Drake in game one and the host-school Rams in game two.

How it Happened
- The Black Bears took a 1-0 lead in the top of the first … Krista Francia earned a walk and then Anna Margetis doubled her home.
- The Bulldogs put up three runs in their first at-bat and then added a run in the third and four in the fourth for a 8-1 lead after four.
- Drake then pushed the winning run across in the bottom of the fifth for the 9-1 win.
- Caitlyn Fallon started, throwing 81 pitches over 3.1 innings while allowing five runs on seven hits … she had two strikeouts and three walks.
- Krista Francia earned two walks on the day and scored one run … she has now reached base safely in five consecutive games.
- Margetis and Rylee Kent both finished 1-for-2.

How it Happened
- Anna Margetis and Caitlyn Fallon both singled in the first inning but both got left on base … the Rams then pushed three runs across in the bottom half.
- Colorado State added one run in the second before erupting for seven in the third and six in the fourth.
- Fallon recorded her second single of the game in the top of the fourth but was left on.
- Katie Jo Moery reached base with a single in the top of the third and the top of the fifth … Moery worked around the bases to score in the fifth.
- Caitlyn Fallon recorded her second career multi-hit day with her 2-for-2 game.
- Katie Jo Moery went 2-for-3 at the plate with one run scored.
- Margetis finished 1-for-3 with an RBI.
- Rylee Kent earned a walk to reach base safely for the fourth consecutive game.
- Maine is now 2-3 in the all-time series with Colorado State.
- Isabelle True started, going 2.1 innings while allowing six runs on six hits … Ava Zettlemoyer, Kaly Thomas and Fallon all pitched in relief.
