Women's Track Rallies Past UNH, Ranked 18th Regionally

Orono, ME - The University of Maine women's track and field team defeated the University of New Hampshire on Sunday in Durham, NH. 

Maine won by a score of 75 to 69. The team's performance has them ranked 18th regionally. 

Junior Cheyenne Figueroa placed first in the Weight Throw with 19.04m.  Julia Bassi placed first in Shot Put with 12.13m. Amelia Concannon came in second in the 500m run with a time of 1:24.71, for a personal best. Sophomore Eliza McPhee placed first in the High Jump at 1.55m, another personal record. Jordan Ramos placed first in the 3000m run with a time of 11:24.46.
