Orono, Maine -- The University of Maine football team has announced its game times for its five home games in the fall of 2022. The Black Bears have also announced that they will host their annual Homecoming game on Saturday, Oct. 15 at Alfond Stadium against the Colonial Athletic Association's (CAA) new member, Monmouth.

The Black Bears will open the home portion of their schedule when they host non-conference opponent Colgate on Saturday, Sept. 10 at 1 p.m. Maine's first CAA contest at Alfond Stadium in 2022 will come on Saturday, Oct. 1 when the Black Bears welcome Villanova to town at 1 p.m.

Maine will welcome Monmouth to Orono on Homecoming Weekend for a 1 p.m. kickoff on Saturday, Oct. 15 before hosting Richmond on Saturday, Oct. 29, also at 1 p.m.

The Black Bears will defend the coveted Brice-Cowell Musket when New Hampshire comes to town on Saturday, Nov. 19. The Border Battle with New Hampshire is slated to begin at noon.

Season memberships for Maine's home slate begin at just $65 and range to $115 for a gold section ticket between the 30-yard lines on the upper level.
