Orono, Maine -- The University of Maine men's and women's track & field team has canceled its trip to compete at the Sorlien Memorial Invitational, originally scheduled to take place on Saturday, Jan. 15 at the University of Rhode Island, due to COVID-19 protocols.

The Black Bears are scheduled to return to action on Jan. 21 at Bates College.
