Durham, N.H. -- The University of Maine women's track & field team was defeated by New Hampshire by a score of 145-119 on Sunday afternoon at the Wildcat Invitational.
Maine scored six individual victories on the afternoon with several impressive performances.
Jessica Kroushl highlighted Maine's track performances with a pair of wins. Kroushl took the gold in the 100m at 12.94 and the 200m with a time of 26.79.
Katherine Cowan won the high jump at 1.55m and captured runner-up showings in both the 100m (12.98) and 100m hurdles (15.85.).
Lydia Gilmore placed second in the 3000m, crossing the line at 10:40.75.
Darcy Cochran placed third in the 100m hurdles at 15.89.
Anna Schumann won the triple jump at 11.63m and placed third in the long jump with a leap of 5.09m.
Oliviah Damboise added a pair of runner-up finishes, taking second in the pole vault at 3.05m and second in the triple jump at 11.05m.
Emma White placed third in the triple jump at 10.43m.
Allison Fayard won the hammer with a throw of 49.58m, good for eighth on Maine's all-time list.
Julia Feid added a win in the javelin at 40.12m. Feid's mark was good for fourth-best on Maine's all-time top-10 list. Kendall Williard chipped in a third place showing in the javelin at 34.53m.
Rebekah Hunnewell-Dunphe placed second in the shot put at 11.86m and added a third place showing with a throw of 37.51m in the discus event.
Claudia Damboise placed third in the shot at 11.83m.
