ORONO, Maine - The University of Maine field hockey program heads into the second to last weekend of the regular season, starting things with an America East showdown at home against Vermont on Friday before hitting the road to take on non-conference foe Dartmouth on Sunday afternoon.

MAINE MINUTES
- The Black Bears have won three of their last four contests heading into the weekend. The loss came to No. 25 Monmouth in America East play on Friday, dropping the Black Bears' conference record down to an even 1-1.
- Brianna Ricker continues to lead the Maine offense with a goal in five straight contests. Her 11 goals and 23 total points both lead the team by a wide margin.
- Sophomore Chloe Walton has emerged as a front-line offensive option, scoring in three straight contests and sitting second on the team with ten total points.
- Mia Borley is the goalkeeper for the Bears, posting a 2.57 GAA with 51 saves this year.
CATAMOUNTS CHRONICLE
- Vermont comes into the action with a matching 1-1 America East record, notching a win over UMass Lowell after falling to UAlbany by a 2-1 final.
- Junior Bailey Matthews leads the way with six goals and 13 points this year, followed by Kate Hall and Clodagh Ferry who each have four goals.
- Sierra Espeland is the Catamount goalkeeper, with a 1.96 GAA and 62 saves in 2019. She ranks third in the conference with 5.17 saves per game and fourth with a .721 save percentage.
- Head Coach Kate Pfeifer leads Vermont in her sixth season in Burlington. The program's win total and overall success has improved each of Pfeifer's six seasons.

DARTMOUTH DOSSIER
- Dartmouth comes into the weekend on a three-game losing skid with a 0-3 record within the Ivy League. Their last victory came over UMass Lowell on September 29th. They will take on Yale the day before they matchup with Maine.
- The offense runs through a pair of seniors in Carmen Braceras and Katie Spanos. Braceras leads the team with six goals, while Spanos has a team-high 14 points via five goals and four assists.
- Sophomore Isabella Santucci handles net for the Big Green. She's posted a 3.39 GAA and 97 total saves this year. Her 8.82 saves per game rank her third in the nation across all of Division I.
- Leading the way is Head Coach Amy Fowler in her 20th season. She is the winningest coach in program history by a wide margin with over 150 career victories
