OUTDOOR (2016): Placed 2nd and ran for a personal best in the 200m (26.03), at the America East Outdoor Track & Field Championships... Ran for a personal best in the 100m Hurdles (14.44), at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships... Threw for a personal best in the Javelin Throw (26.68 meters), at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships... Placed 2nd and performed a personal best in the Heptathlon (4766), at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships... Placed 1st in the Heptathlon (4671), at the America East Outdoor Track and Field Championships... At the AE Champs: Javelin Throw (24.50 meters), 100m Hurdles (14.66), High Jump in the (1.69 meters),  Long Jump (5.43 meters).

INDOOR (2016): Placed 1st and jumped for a personal best in the High Jump (1.70 meters), at the Maine and New Hampshire Dual meet... Placed 2nd in the Pentathalon (3431), at the America East Indoor Championships: Long Jump (5.30 meters), 60 meter Hurdles (9.05), Shot Put (9.69 meters), High Jump (1.64 meters) ... America East Elite-18 recipient.  

SOPHOMORE (2014-2015): INDOOR: Placed 1st at the UNH & UMaine meet in the long jump (5.14 meters), 2nd in the 60 meter hurdles (9.42 seconds), 1th in the indoor pentathlon with a score of 3257 points ... Finished first place in the Dartmouth vs Maine vs Vermont vs Colgate meet in long jump (5.27 meters), third in high jump (1.65 meters) and first in 60 meter hurdles (9.02 seconds) ... Secured another first place in the Joe Donahue games in the 60-meter dash (9.08 seconds) ... Tallied first place finish in both the long jump (5.22m) and the 60-meter hurdles (9.02 seconds) in the home dual meet with Holy Cross ... Finished 32nd overall in the 2015 BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational in 60-meter hurdles (9.16 seconds) and 11th in the high jump (1.65 meters) ... Placed third in the America East Indoor Championships at The Armory in New York City in the pentathlon ... Finished first place in the New England Championships at Boston University in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.81 seconds ... Placed 14th overall in the ECAC/IC4A Championships at Boston University (8.87 seconds) ... Placed first in the 100 meter hurdles (14.65) in the Holy Cross Invitational ...

OUTDOOR: Finished 8th in the 2015 America East Track and Field Championships at Albany in the high jump (5'5") and finished 9th in the 100m hurdles (15.04 seconds) ...

FRESHMAN (2013-2014): INDOOR: Placed 2^nd at the UNH & UMaine meet in the 55 meter hurdles (8.81) and 1^st in the high jump (1.67 meters)…1^st at the Bates College Indoor Invitational in the 4x2 relay (1:48.42), 4^th in the 800 meters (2:52.28), 1^st in the high jump (1.64 meters), 4^th in the shot put (7.08 meters), 1^st in the 60 meter hurdles (9.42 meters), 1^st in the long jump (4.93 meters) and 2^nd overall in the Pentathlon (2927 points)…14^th at the Joe Donahue Games in the long jump (4.95 meters) and 9^th in the 60 meter hurdles (9.24)…1^st at the Maine & Holy Cross meet in the long jump (5.22 meters), 4^th in the 200 meters (27.45) and 2^nd in the 60 meter hurdles (9.33)…31^st at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine meet in the 60 meter hurdles (9.31) and 14^th in the high jump (1.60 meters)…6^th at the Maine & New Hampshire – dual meet in the 200 meters (27.49), 2^nd in the long jump (4.97 meters) and 1^st in the high jump (1.60 meters)…9^th at the America East Indoor Track & Field championships in the 800 meters (2:38.56), 2^nd in the high jump (1.67 meters), 13^th in the shot put (7.62 meters), 2^nd in the 60 meter hurdles (9.01), 4^th in the long jump (5.28 meters) and 5^th overall in the Pentathlon (3327 points).

OUTDOOR: Placed 4^th at the UNH, Maine, Holy Cross, Northeastern, USM & Bowdoin meet in the 200 meters (27.34)…2^nd at the UNH Wildcat Invitational in the 4x1 relay (49.24), 9^th in the 200 meters (26.99), 3^rd in the long jump (5.00 meters)…3^rd at the Holy Cross Invitational in the 4x1 relay (48.90), 9^th in the long jump (5.09 meters), 10^th in the javelin (21.20 meters), 5^th in the 100 meter hurdles (14.81)…60^th at the Penn Relays in the 4x1 relay (48.62) and 43^rd in the 4x2 relay (1:43.12)…4^th at the America East Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the long jump (5.02 meters), 4^th in the high jump (1.54 meters), 11^th in the 800 meters (2:41.81), 9^th in the shot put (8.32 meters), 5^th in the 100 meter hurdles (15.28), 7^th in the 200 meters (27.07), 8^th in the javelin (23.03 meters) and 4^th in the overall Heptathlon (4059 points).
