OUTDOOR (2019): Finished 4th in the 4x400m (4:12.62) at the New Hampshire Season Opener (4/6) ... Finished 1st in the 4x400m (4:13.55) at the New Hampshire Pre-Conference Invitational.

INDOOR (2018-2019): Finished 1st in the 4x800 (9:51.05) and 3rd in the 800m (2:24.42) at the New Hampshire v UMaine Meet (11/30-12/1) ... Finished in 1st in both the 4x800 (10:06.31) and getting a career best 1:41.91 in the 600m at the Bates Invitational and Multi (1/18-1/19) ... Set a career best 1:23.02 in the 500m at the New Hampshire v UMaine v Vermont v Dartmouth Meet (1/26) ... Finished 3rd in the 800m (2:20.73) in the UMaine Sunday Invitational (2/10) ... Had a career best 2:19.56 in the 800m at the America East Indoor Championships (2/22-2/23).

OUTDOOR (2018):  Placed 2nd in the 4x400m and 3rd in the 400m at the UNH Season Opener, running a 4:07.81 4x400m and a 1:01.76 400m ... Placed 1st in the 400m at the UNH Wildcat Invitational, running a 1:00.29 ... Placed 6th in the 400m at the Holy Cross Invitational, running a 59:28 ... Finished 3rd in the 4x400m at the America East Outdoor Track & Field Championships, running a 3:49.88.

INDOOR (2017-2018):  Placed 6th in the 400m at the Dartmouth-UNH-Maine-Vermont meet, running a 1:00.86 ...  Placed 5th in the 400m at the Dartmouth-Vermont-Brown-Maine meet, running a 1:01.56 ... Placed 2nd in the 400m at the Bates Invitational and Multi, running a 1:01.39 ... Placed 2nd in the 4x400m and 1st in the 400m at the UNH Home meet, running a 4:11.07 4x400m and a 1:00.36 400m.

OUTDOOR (2017): Placed 3rd in the 400m (59.25), at the 2017 UNH Wildcat Invitational ... Had a personal best in the 400m (58.42), at the 2017 UMass Pre-Conference Meet.
