JUNIOR (2024): Played in 16 games, starting all of them … part of a back line that gave up just .83 goals per game and allowed just 24 shots on target in conference play, the lowest total for a team since 2016 … recorded two assists, doing it in back-to-back games against UMBC (Oct. 13) and UAlbany (Oct. 20) … helped the Black Bears become the first America East champion to finish the conference tournament without conceding a goal since 2010 … recorded six shots.

SOPHOMORE (2023): America East All-Tournament Team … started all 19 contests in her first season at Maine … led all field players with 1,651 minutes played … logged at least 90 minutes in 15 contests, including the last 14 straight.

BEFORE MAINE: Grisdale transfers to the University of Maine from the University of Memphis in 2023 ... prior to Memphis, she played club soccer for Calgary Foothills Soccer Club where she captained her team to a National Championship in 2019 ... in 2022, she was named to the United Women’s Soccer League All-Conference second team after helping lead her UWS team to the Western Conference Championship ... trained at the Canadian National Development Center in Vancouver most recently in February of 2022 and was a member of the U20 World Cup pool for Canada.
