Conser joined the Black Bears staff in August 2017. He previously served as a hockey operations intern with the NHL’s Arizona Coyotes. While working for the Coyotes, he clipped game film for players to review after games, recorded data for analytical purposes and helped clip film of potential NHL draft prospects.

Conser graduated from Arizona State University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Applied Business Data Analytics and was also a member of the club hockey team.
